IxDoll Hachichi Series Finding Acorn (H010) arrived not long after Violetta, and I called her Marigold.
She has the same restrictions as Violetta, very little movement apart from arms, neck and waist. I photographed her without clothing so you could see her body. At least this gal isn't cross eyed.
They can stand on their own, but their head makes them a little top heavy, so they really need a stand to stop them tumbling unexpectedly.
UPDATE: Her body has been changed to a Monst articulated one and this has overcome the problem of toppling.
UPDATE 11th SEPTEMBER 2023
After moving to Paris and deciding to share an apartment with her twin sister, she has had some regrets. They are not identical twins and their personalities a very different, though recently they have managed to get along.
When they first moved in together, they had a hard time adjusting to the close living. In their country home, they had distance between their sleeping quarters and several rooms where they could enjoy their own space.
Marigold is an office supervisor in a very large corporation and is used to having her way.
Personality: Bossy and somewhat demanding, she can be really hot tempered when things are not done like she wants them done.
Favourite Colour/s: Sunny yellows (not at all like her personality which can often be thought of as grey).
Favourite Food/s: Any savoury dish without red meat, especially quiche made with goats cheese, zucchini or mushrooms. She is also very partial to French pastries, particularly macarons, profiteroles and mille-feuille with it's airy, flaky and crisp layers of puff pastry.
