My Little Trios

The first Götz Happy Kidz trio from left to right: Luisa (2017), Emma (2017) and Clara (2016) my very first Götz doll. As you can see they are all from the same mold, with eye and hair variations.

My second trio is comprised of my beautiful green eyed Chosen Kitty (2017), Katie (2015) #2 (I sold my first Katie) and my recently added Ella (2022). This is a popular mold and they all come with a light sprinkling of freckles across their nose and cheeks.

I'll add some more trios later when they have all been dressed.

Tuesday

Photoshoot: Estelwyn

I brought Estelwyn (Noble Dolls Radicelle) into my studio today and took a few snaps. I love this doll's face-up, it's soft and looks quite natural.

The wig she is wearing is a Winter Angel Heaven from JPop Dolls, the dress was made by a friend, and her shoes were from Ruby Red Galleria.

Saturday

Photoshoot: Suzanne

My little Minouche arrived on Thursday and today we finally found time to spend together. I am so pleased with this little doll. She may only be small and have limited movement, but she is very well made and has the sweetest face. I can see why so many people love these dolls. ❤

Looking a little sad.

Now she's worried.

She's been looking high and low for little bear.

Oh dear Suzanne, please don't cry.

Ah she's found her at last.

Now it's time to get undressed.

"Woops! Mummy, you forgot to press my dacks!"

"Never mind teddy, I like my new clothes and mummy can press them later."

Wednesday

Photoshoot: Cristi

Cristi has been with me since 9th January, 2017. She is a 32cm, five way jointed Las Amigas full vinyl doll by Paola Reina, Spain.

She has beautiful green eyes with real lashes and lots of tiny freckles scattered across her cute button nose, which is a very common feature for little red haired girls.

Cristi's lovely long auburn locks, which are rooted into her vinyl head, are really easy to brush and style.

Her face is very delicately painted with just a hint of blush and she has the cutest pout.

She arrived clothed, but I have re-dressed her in garments that enhance her colouring. You can purchase these dolls nude if you prefer (which I wasn't aware of at the time of my purchase). These inexpensive dolls are really good value for money!

Tuesday

Photoshoot: One, Two, Three

I have just finished sewing some simple dresses for three of my KID's and had a quick photoshoot today in keeping with the current season of Halloween . . . so stand by for some more "double, double toil and trouble" from siblings Irene, Lonnie and their older cousin Paige.

I ended up keeping the red wig for Lonnie, and just restyled it so it didn't cover so much of her face. I may replace it at a later date if I find a red one that's short and curly.

Thursday

Photoshoot: Puppy and Truffles

What a lovely day . . . shall we go for a walk?

Perhaps I'll just pat you first.

You didn't have to push me over!

Can't you just play nicely?

Now where have you gone?

Oh there you are.

That's so naughty of you to hide from me.

Especially when it's nearly time for tea.

There's no need to be pushy!

Dolly said, if you're  a good puppy, you can have this big biscuit.

-oOo-

And so we end today's fun in the sun!

Friday

Photoshoot: Halloween

Nanette: What was that?

Mossy: Only me, I didn't mean to startle you.

Nanette: Where did you come from?

Mossy: Come closer and I'll tell you.

Nanette: Oooh you kissed me, now that wasn't fair!
Mossy: Happy Halloween!

Monday

Photoshoot: Parisian Preps

I thought today I would take the opportunity of a quiet morning to snap a few pics of my latest creations. But honestly, trying to do a simple photoshoot can be a real headache when my girls won't stand still and decide it's much more fun to look in every other direction instead of at the camera.

Photoshoot: Lonnie

My new backdrops arrived last week and this morning I decided it was time I did a photoshoot of Lonnie in the beautiful black and white Ballroom.

I made her outfit myself, which is comprised of an underskirt, overskirt and soft style corset top.

Lonnie (Iplehouse KID) is a stunner and very photogenic. She may well be a KID, but she can look quite grown up in these clothes.

I'm happy with these photos, but it's probably due to the fact Iplehouse have gorgeous sculpts.
