Ruruko is a one-sixth scale doll, standing 21cm (6.25") tall. Made by the Japanese company Petworks, she was released May/June 2018 as CCSgirl 18SS and I received her 31st August, 2020.
She has printed eyes, very fine rooted hair and is nicely articulated. Her hands can be easily changed and her clothes a quite well made.
I gave her the name Hatsuko (first born) as soon she arrived, possibly because I thought I may purchase more of these dolls.

My second Ruruko arrived 13th October, 2026. She was pre-loved and in perfect condition and I named her Sachiko
(in Japanese, the word "sachi" means “happiness” or “good luck” and the word "ko" means “child”) so she is my
good luck child. I was really pleased she had completely different colouring to my first girl. Her eyes wer shiny, as if they had a gloss finish over them and her lips were well painted in a pretty peach pink. Below is a close up of the two together.
