My 14" Betsy was also produced by Robert Tonner in 1996. The bottom of her foot is signed and she is all vinyl with moving limbs and head.
She has a sweet face with brown stationary eyes, short auburn hair with a fringe and a head band which matches her white and red scissor printed sun dress. She wears matching panties and slippers.
